Foundation And Brand History

TFA Real Estate, was built by the ‘CEO TFA’; Hafiz Irfan Yusuf with years of experience working in real estate sector.

Not only a renowned, experienced and respected businessman in the respected sector, he is also the Chairman DHA Association of Sports Committee.

Through an exceptional amount of hard work and determination since 1999, Mr. Hafiz Irfan Yusuf constructed his first Head office in DHA, Phase 1, K Block in 2005.

In these years he mastered his experience in projects related to real estate, housing societies, selling, purchasing and renting of land, farmhouses, plots , etc.

Being a splendid experience holder, In 2006, the CEO built his new office (TFA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY) related to construction in DHA Phase 6. Where he hired his team consisting of Architects, Civil Engineers, Draftsmen , etc.

As said by Mr. Hafiz Irfan Yusuf himself, “I started from constructing and selling a house of 5 Marla and by the help and guidance of Allah the Almighty, I was able to construct and sell 7.5, 10 and 14 Marla houses successfully. Followed by houses of 1 and 2 Kanal that are a very huge achievement for me.”
